I am an administrator into an Office365 plan with Sharepoint

I am trying to import a .stp template and then creating a site using that template

I have tried everything but I ma not able to see the custom template tab in the create a section

I have all site settings enabled allowing to create apps, scripts and so forth

I have given access to all roles in the site
