我想检索上载的Word文档内容(数据)并保存到共享点列表/页面列中.我无法使用C#编码上传文档，但一直无法从word中检索内部内容以及如何将其保存在单个列中.

I want to retrieve uploaded word document content(data) and saved into sharepoint list/pages column. im able to upload the document by using C# coding but im stuck in retriving the inner content from word and how to save in a single column.
