I was looking to make a hands on lab for my nonprofit. wanted to have it in Azure and have each lab have its own tab in browser. when a user clicks on a link a new instance is created and a new tab is opened in browser for the lab. I have looked at the documentation for RDP, RDP gatways, RemontApps and nested Hyper-V. Nothing looks like a hands on lab solution. if someone can provide all the needed resource and a marching order, I will do the work to get certified in Azure ans Windows Server 2016 to develop the solution on my own.

We do not have any pre-made labs available from within the marketplace. You could look at our GitHub example repo to find some scenarios you could build out

Regardless, you would have to setup labs on your end to have users play with. The closest we would have would be the quick start templates you could have users run through. Or you could have them run through some of the getting started pages on whatever topic you are interested in. These provide the users a lab type walk through that they then could delete the resources when done.
