I have got couple of doubts to clear before I become a regular member of Codeproject
1.I have read about the licencing part but my doubt is suppose I want to get any of my code licensed then will I have to do it separately by registering with GNU or Creative Commons or do I just need to download the licence and include with my codes ? Can u plz tell me how it is done ?

2.If I host my code with CodeProject ,then will it be legal to host the same Code with code.google.com and GitHub ?

This is not a physical protection method like having a license key on your application would be. Instead, this just declares what you are and are not allowing the user to do with your code. It is up to them to willingly comply.

As for hosting your code elsewhere as well, this is fine. At CodeProject, we just ask that you keep a working copy attached to your article. That way, should you take down your GitHub (or other) project, our readers still have a working example to work with.

CodeProject, for the most part, isn''t about posting open source applications. Instead, it is about teaching people how to perform programming tasks.
