Hello Shaheen. You should not press ''answer'' to post another question. That''s the opposite of an ''answer''. You should ask your question as a new question, as it''s unrelated. You should also be clear - are you really using ASP and not ASP.NET ? If so, why ? ASP is rubbish.

The answer to your other question is quite trivial in SQL, look up the group by clause. However, if you don''t get it ( apart from needing to buy a basic SQL book ), you need to ask about it in a new thread, it''s a new question.
