We've completed a project where we conducted a survey, and now want to distribute a personalized report to each survey participant.  We have over 1500 personalized reports to distribute.

I have setup a Public Sharepoint Site as a Document Center, but I don't want to send links to the folder to all of the recipients -- individuals should not be able to see each other's reports.  Instead I want to generate a list of publicly shareable links that I can then associate in an Excel spreadsheet with the user's first and last name.  I can then import this list into my email marketing system, where I can send a form email that will be personalized with the user's name, and their individual link to download their personal report PDF.

I've tried a few things, but to no avail.  Using the Export to Excel feature in Sharepoint provides a set of links, but these links only work for internal users -- they aren't <shareable> links, even though I've setup the site to allow sharing to Anyone.

The "Share" feature isn't available when I select multiple files.  I can only generate a shareable link ONE AT A TIME -- not feasible for 1500+ reports.

I know I could put all of the files in a folder, then get a shareable link to the folder, but I don't want recipients to be able to access each other's reports.

There is indeed no out of box solution for this.

如果需要报告的共享链接列表，可以编写代码来生成列表。这就是我现在能想到的。

If you want a list of the reports' shared links, you can write code to generate the list. That's what I can think out for now.
