So I have had a WF and everything was working but I needed to add another step and when I open it, it just shows (Insert a condition) where I had all my conditions on every single step!?!?! Anyone else run into this issue and how to fix it! I am going to start uninstalling recent updates relating to this as I believe there was one recently. MS Stop breaking your own sh*t!!!!

From your description, you want to add another step in a workflow. 

If you create SharePoint 2010 platform workflow, you can use Impersonation Step:

If you create SharePoint 2013 platform workflow, you can use App Step:
