Hello, I'm new to the Azure Stack.

Currently I'm having problem connecting to azure stack through CLI from local pc.
I'm just an Azure Stack user, not operator.
I have read some documentation and it says that I need Azure Stack CA root certificate and setup virtual machine aliases endpoint.
My question is do I need to contact someone on Azure Stack operator level to get Azure Stack CA root certificate?
And how can I setup virtual machine aliases endpoint?
