Help!!

I have a flowchart in Visio and I am trying to use a decision box with a 'Yes' and a 'No' arm.

I seem to be incapable of having one connector come out horizontally and another come out vertically, as the connector moves itself to the shortest path and ends up coming out at the same place as the other connector.

I suspect that my issue is to do with glue / auto-connect, but I just cannot get this functionality to work.

The decision box highlights to a green rectangle when I try to connect...
