I don't have a Duo, but I have used both the DeckLink Studio 2 and SDI with EE4.

They both mostly work. (Driver version 8.01) You have to enter the capture settings every launch. Also with the SDK, PickBestVideoFormat method does not work.

I suggest you contact BlackMagic and ask them to support EE4. Also vote for it on the poll here;
