Goodmorning,

I have try to install kinect v2 sdk.

But when i check the Configuration Verifier i have a Error in "Verify Kinect Depth and Color Streams"

-Detects depth and color stream latencyResult: no depth frame received from kinect; FPS 0

How can i solve this problem?

all other fields are ok with the green check.

May be missing a feature pack of media player? or is the usb that is incompatible? (Hamlet HUSB302PCX)

If you are not getting any data from the sensor then none of the "streams" are working. Check that you are using a supported USB3 card and GPU as documented. If the device is connected to the system and the device manager reports no errors, you may have a bandwidth issue. See the troubleshooting thread for recommendation on how to mitigate the issue. If that doesn't work try another known working system to confirm the sensor is operational
