在租户迁移期间，所有Team Services帐户用户都需要Microsoft帐户如果他们的Microsoft帐户共享他们现在使用的相同登录地址，他们将继续无缝地工作

Hi,

     I have removed a domain (Ex: domain1.com) from my old o365 tenant and recreated the same domain in another new o365 tenant, email accounts are recreated as well. I'm not aware that one of the user from (Ex: domain1.com) had registered to https://XXXX.visualstudio.com and has some project work. 

     Now when I login to the https://XXXX.visualstudio.com using the same user email...

1. it gives me 401 error and I click on the sign in button

2. it takes me to a page information and shows a link " Accounts in other Organizations" --- yourvsotenant.visualstudio.com (Owner)

3. When I click the above link it takes me to the sign-in page again and this continue.

Could somebody please suggest how to get the user work back?

Note: Also user cannot see his work in https://XXX.XXXX.com/v2, and I'm not sure if this VS and LCS are related to each.

During tenant migration, all Team Services account users need Microsoft accounts to sign in. They'll continue working seamlessly if their Microsoft accounts share the same sign-in addresses that they use now. Otherwise, they'll lose access until you finish the migration or unless you add them as new users to your Team Services account.
