Why is the Script Commands disabled? I have cued a file source, setup encode options and setup output publising point and the IIS streaming works fine. No matter what option I set, the command and add a caption remain disabled under the Script Commands section. The entire area is disabled. The SP1 release with fixes seems to be for the other Encoder 4 not Encoder Pro 4.

The SP1 release updates both Encoder 4 (free) and Encoder 4 Pro. Your software license won't be affected by installing SP1 over.

As for the Script Commands, they seem to work fine on SP1, so I would try to install the update first.
