I have set all the appropriate settings on my 2008 server for webDaving large files with BASIC AUTHENTICATION.  I have tested it on several platforms and can webDav very large files.  However, the webDav plugin on Encoder 4 will only webDav the smaller files in my IIS Smooth Streaming projects through BASIC AUTHENTICATION.  It will webDave smaller files with BASIC and will webDAV larger files with WINDOWS AUTHENTICATION.  But there seems to be a bug in the webDav plugin when it comes to large files with BASIC AUTHENTICATION.
