Are you talking about the problem when you have an "irregular" screen size such as x945 or x1050?  We have made the fix but it won't be released any time soon, before we have the next update, you can always select full screen and then change the width or height that is not dividable by 4 to a x4 number that is smaller than the original one.  Eg,  on a 1680x1050 screen, select full screen and then change 1050 to 1048 on the capture window selection window.
