i have still problems with kinect2 and looking forward for a solution

I am not aware of one that works. Even if the card has the chipset the limiting factor is going to be how that express card port is wired into the main motherboard. If it is not on a PCI Express 2.0 bus by itself, you run the risk of sharing resources.
