Just got a new PC at work (HP 6000 @3.16GHz, 4GB RAM, using the onboard video adapter (Intel Q45/Q43 Express Chipset) running Windows XP).  When I run Expression Blend 3.0, the artboard/design area is very blurry.  When I pass my mouse over the various controls in the artboard, the controls get slightly clearer, but as soon as I click in any of the tool panels, the artboard gets blurry.  This was not happening on my old PC, nor is it happening on a different PC that I use (HP dc5800 with an Intel Q33 onboard video adapter, running Windows 7).

I've read different forum postings where people talked about problems with fonts being fuzzy and issues with ClearType fonts, but I don't believe that's my problem.  The toolbars and menus are are perfectly clear - the problem is only occurring in the artboard/design area.  Viewing the project in the SketchFlow viewer is also perfectly clear.  Has anyone else seen this problem?

Interesting, what happens if you take a screen shot with snipping tool? Is that fuzzy?  Can you post it if it is?
