During the AD Resource Pool Synchronization some users are getting inactivated, although they are active in AD. What could be the reason behind this and how can we fix this?

i faced same issue exactly :(! Beside that, when sync with inactive AD user, ProjectServer got bug and i dont know how to fix or workaround it
