     I just got my pre-ordered kinect version 2. I had windows 7 but the SDK required windows 8 so had to upgrade. However after upgrading and installing the SDK (v2.0), the sample programs don't seem to work and say no kinect connected. I have looked at device manager and the kinect appears as a "kinectSensor Device" and is "working properly". I just dont know why the programs aren't recognising it. Also, I do have USB 3 so that shouldn't be the problem. Does any one know what else I could be doing wrong? Thanks
