Hello all, I have tried this a couple of different ways but can't get more than 120 items?

至少120符合过滤条件，任何建议，实际上都有满足列表中筛选条件的192个项目。

At least the 120 meet the filter criteria, any suggestions, there are actually 192 items that meet the filter criteria in the list.
