Hi, 

I have a SharePoint 2016 on-premise multi servers Farm with (200) user,  I will need Windows Server License for all the servers (I will use Window Server 2016), an SQL Server License for the DB Servers (I will use SQL Server 2016),  a (200) Sharepoint CALs for the users.

My question is,  plus to the above licenses, do I need to buy a Windows Server CALs for all the users and SQL CALs for all the users? My "Active Directory" is installed on a separate Server out of the Farm with CALs to all the users and I will connect it to my farm. I read many articles but could not find an answer to my question if I have to buy this license or not can anyone help me with this, please. Thanks

Your users need a Windows User CAL, which should already be covered as part of your AD deployment. You will need SQL Server licensing, but how you license that varies. Contact a VAR or Microsoft Licensing.

You will need SharePoint Server CALs (Standard or Standard+Enterprise, depends on what edition you're using) for your users.
