我们有一位用户被分配了管理员许可并被删除了。用户仍然可以在（4小时）之后访问管理中心并做任何事情。用户权限（用户管理员，密码管理员）需要多长时间才能删除。我已经清除了缓存，
关闭了网络浏览器，重新启动了计算机，但仍然可以让用户访问管理中心。

We had a user which as assigned admin licence and was removed. The user is still able to access admin center after (4 hrs)  do anything. How long does it take for the users permissions (User admin, Password admin) to be removed. I have cleared the cache, closed web browser, rebooted computer and still the user is able to acess the admin center.
