I am getting complaints from many users that Excel workbook reload issue while opening any excel files from SharePoint folder. It is an Office cache issue. You can try to clear Office cache from user machine and then reboot to see if it is working.

步骤：

OfficeFileCache 文件夹，然后删除整个文件夹。如果有  OfficeFileCache.old
