I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Preview Version 15.3.0 Preview 2.0
Clicking on "Help/About Microsoft Visual Studio/License status" give a screen with account and license information.

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

Please download and use the newest VS 2017 Community installer from https://www.visualstudio.com/ , instead of the preview version.

Set IE 11 as default browser.
