I recently installed VS Community on a new virtual server to edit crystal reports.  When I first open the program, I get an account login screen telling me my 30 day trial has expired.  I can log in to my account, on the left, which I'm pretty sure is set up to allow a VS Community license, but that doesn't seem to activate the software.  When I try to "check for an updated license", on the right, it says, "We could not download a liscense. Please check your network connection or proxy settings." Since this is a virtual server in a secure environment, perhaps the right ports are not open to grab the license?  Even though I can log into the account on the left?  Any suggestions?
