In Visual Studio 2015, my App.config file syntax was color coded.  I recently upgraded to VS 2017 and the entire file text is now grey.  Any idea how to get the color coding back?

Please go to Tools->options->Environments->Fonts and Colors, you could use the default settings or you could change the colors you preferred.
