As the title says, we're changing our IP address scheme on our internal network which means the server hosting our AD connect service is getting a new IP address. When we give the host machine it's new IP address the synchronisation between AD connect and 365 fails and won't re-sync until the address is changed back to the original one.
I can see the traffic passing through our firewall and the host can still ping the Azure environment so it's not a networking issue. Is the AD connect linked to the original host IP address anywhere that needs changing in the configuration of AD connect?
Any ideas anyone?
