I have two queries regarding Azure AD Connect

1. I need to configure some setting in the Azure AD Connect, so that we can only enable the Archiving from on-premises not from the Office365
2. I am not getting emails after completing the sync cycle, so how to configure that setting.

Hello Shashank,

1. AD Connect does not have any setting for controlling archival of mails. You would have to check Exchange Online Settings for this.

2. AD Connect is used only to migrate user accounts from from AD to Azure AD and it does not have any mail related settings. 

Ensure the "proxyAddresses" of the user are synchronized properly. You can check the below doc for troubleshooting object synn related issues of AD Connect.
