I recently downloaded VS Community onto a new computer. Whenever I try to view a project in Design View the program completely locks up and I have to terminate the program through the task manager. VS also runs slow and will lock up with the use of other actions, like cut and paste, on occasion. I have deleted and reinstalled VS and all of its related files multiple times but I get the exact same results. What actions should I take to resolve this issue?
