我的客户有一个要求，我需要为文档库创建一个自定义的编辑"表单，而该文档表单中的文档库"字段很少，并且在o365中具有上传文档功能.

My client have a requirement where i need to create a custom Edit form for Document library with few of the Document Library Fields and an upload document functionality in o365.
