I have several workflows which send emails to users when the status of a query is changed. There is a field where the user can enter an additional email address (usually a team email bucket in case they are out of the office).

The emails are sent to the user in 'Created' field and cc'd to the user in 'Additional Email' field (if there is one).

The issue is that when 'Additional Email' field is returned as 'Email Addresses, Semicolon delimited' the email does not get sent to the creator if this field is blank. The email is sent to the creator and additional user if there is an email address in the 'Additional Email' field.

I can solve the issue by returning the 'Additional Email' field as a string but that then displays the additional email address incorrectly when there is one (displays as: 1208; #[e-mail])

So I can't win, either the email fails when there is no additional email address or it fails to send to the additional email address when there is one.
