I have a People Picker in my list using the custom InfoPath form.

I have a SPD workflow that is set up to start when an item is created. Then couple steps to update items in the form, then send emails to the Supervisor (People Picker.)

It has been working just fine for a year. But it has stopped sending email recently. All the fields that I set in the workflow get updated but it just didn't send email. The workflow still update its status with no error.

I checked the Group Setting and it was setup correctly as well.

Hi Dawn- could you provide your workflow so we can see how you have it set up? Do you log to the workflow after the email step? Check your email formatting to make sure it hasn't changed. Check the server for email settings, especially filtering. Check the logs to see if there are any errors.
