Hi,

I am trying to send an email with attachments from SharePoint Designer 2013 workflow. 

1. Created a custom List "Approval"
2. Created workflow (SharePoint 2013 Workflow) for "Approval"

I am not able to send the attachments which is attached in the list item or i am not aware of using this option. Can any one help me on this please. Appreciate your help.

There is no ootb method to send an email with attachment in SharePoint Designer workflow.

However, you can use customized solution to achieve this scenario.
