I created a SharePoint Designer workflow to send mails based on the value of the field named "Status" of a SharePoint list. The work flow is getting executed without error , as the an entry is getting added in the history list . But I am not getting any mails. I checked whether the alerts are working. It is also not happening. But when I send a mail from a FLOW  it is working. Will be grateful if some one can help me on this.

Since the alert also doesn’t work, please follow  the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. Investigate the user's permissions for the list, for the library, or for the task list. Make sure that the user account has at least Read permissions on the object. If these permissions aren't present, direct the user to the site administrator to have these permissions corrected.

2. Verify that new alerts work. To do this, create a new alert on a test library or on a test list. Perform an action to generate the alert. Then, wait 15 minutes.
