I'm having SharePoint 2013 farm with sites running in SP2010 mode. I've accidentally deleted a sub-site from my SharePoint environment and would like to recover the site back. However, the site is not available under SharePoint Recycle Bin (First and Second stage).

Why is the site not appearing under recycle bin? Do we need to execute any timer jobs so that the site will appear under recycle bin? The timer job "Recycle Bin" is running on Weekly basis.
