我的SP2010有3层拓扑设置.测试环境，即1个WFE + 1个App + 1个SQL，它们都是Hyper-VM.

I have a 3 tier topology setup for my SP2010  Test Environment i.e. 1 WFE + 1 App + 1 SQL, all of them are Hyper-VMs.

按照此拓扑&服务器场设置，所有用户对任何Web应用程序的请求都将从WFE提供.

As per this topology & Farm setup, All Users requests to any Web Application are served from the WFE.

现在，当我关闭App Server并尝试访问Web应用程序时，出现了404错误.

Now when I shut down my App Server and try to access the Web Application, I am getting a 404 error.

您已使用什么来实现WFE的负载平衡?修改了AAM设置以允许访问到服务器?

What are you using for Load Balancing the WFEs, have you added the Host Header & modified the AAM settings to allow access  to the Server?

您检查用户请求仅用于WFE吗?如果是，则检查所有页面(特别是系统页面)是否得到此错误?

Did you check user request is going to the WFE only? if it is, then check for all the pages are you getting this error(especially system pages)?

还检查受影响机器上的事件日志吗?

Also check event logs on the affected machine?
