I hope you can help me with this issue.  I have a Sharepoint 2013 server farm connected to load balancing device.  If I shutdown/reboot the 1st server in the farm, the entire SP environment is down.   If I understand correctly, if one server in the farm is down, the other servers in the farm still working, but this is not the case.

I experienced this issues before and the workaround is to take off "rebooting" server from rotation. NLB always checks 200 response and for some reason requests being directed to server which is down.
