Hello,

We have a VM that was built with 4x unmanaged 1TB Standard HDD data disks (this was created by a colleague that has left the company and I don't quite understand why - I'm guessing it was for IOPs).

a storage pool was created and only a single disk is presented to the server. 

What can I do to change the data on those disks to a single Premium SSD managed disk?

the server is in production and has software installed.

Currently you can’t convert four unmanaged disks to a single premium managed disk directly. Managed Disks offers three storage options: Premium SSD, Standard SSD(Preview), and Standard HDD. It allows you to easily switch between the options with minimal downtime based on your performance needs. This is not supported for unmanaged disks. But you can easily convert from unmanaged disks to managed disks.
