Hi,
I am getting this error "windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by a software restriction policy".
For info, I have admin access to the server.
Any suggestions please…

Just because you have admin access to the machine doesn''t necessarily mean you have Farm Admin access which would be necessary for Central Admin. This may also be caused by access to the database, perhaps its on a separate server and you are running into network restrictions. The network people seem to have locked down too much.

The error has nothing to do with SharePoint though.
