Hi all, I created an approval workflow 2010 under sharepoint 2013. However, only the first approver was able to receive 2 notification emails but the rest approvers could only receive one task email but missing the "approval started" email as shown below.  I need all approvers to receive the "approval started" email so it can direct them to the workflow process.  Does anyone know how to activate it or make it to work?

How do you set up the workflow? Whether to set the serial mode or the parallel mode? 

There is no picture displayed in this thread, please provide the email screenshots.

In addition, you can also re-create the workflow on the other list to see if there will be the same situation.
