Ultra-SSDs are currently available in East US 2 Region. If you are interested in participating in the preview, request access by filling out this form. Once approved, you can follow the step by step documentation here to enable Azure Ultra SSDs. Additional regions will be added throughout the preview period and can be tracked on the documentation page.
