Hi, Can anyone help?

I have a form which sends the email for approval to the Line Manager, the Line Manager can view the URL links, then if the price is over £500 an email is sent to a Director.  The Director cannot view the URL links in the email or even if they logon to SharePoint and it comes up with something went wrong when they click on the links.  All links are fine.  I can click on it and it goes through however I tested the form in my name and I am the administrator.
