I broadcast to over 100 publishing points in a month, and so far the dropdown list is growing steadily -- and is virtually unusable during my testing. I'm having to go back to using WME 9 to publish. Any suggestions?

I suspect the list is persisted somewhere in the local settings, you could look at the files in your C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Expression\Encoder 4 and delete either the data or the files themselves to reset the list.
