After creating a task in TFS, and adding it to some iteration (with determined start and finish date), that same task came to Project Server for approval with different start and finish date (it was the first next working day from the day task was created in TFS).

Is there a way I could do some setting to manage that start date of a task is the same as start date of the iteration to which it belongs?

Hi Sanja,

在TFS，你无法设置开始日期和结束日期字段的值。

In TFS, you could not set the value of start date and finish date fields.

开始日期和完成日期是调度字段，要更新它们，您可以使用Microsoft Project，从TFS获取工作项，然后您可以设置工作项的日期。选择发布，这两个字段的值将发布到TFS。 

Start Date and Finish Date are Scheduling fields, to update them, you could use Microsoft Project, get work items from TFS, then you could set dates for work items. Choose Publish, the value of these two fields will publish to TFS.
