I am trying to run the Microsoft Project Server 2010 EValuation Copy .exe file and when I do that there is a Pop-Up When I say Install Software Pre-Requisites or when I say install nothing happens, the Software does not get installed on my machine. What do I do ?

Your first problem is that Project Server 2010 does not run on a 32 bit machine 64bit is needed.
