Does anyone have best practices?  I'm really new to Encoder 3.  I've created a screen capture.  I encoded it with the Youtube HD settings applied.  Now this is where it's not intuitive.

I save the job as a .xej file type.  Now according to the rules, I should be able to go to youtube, grab the file to upload, and away we go.  But it gives me an error that the file is wrong and production has failed.
