In my list I am having 10000 records at this moment and it will going to increase. In classic view of SharePoint it gives above error where as in New Experience of list it does not give any error. What is limit of New Experience of list view? If data increase will new experience also give same error?

I believe there is no threshold limitation set for the list and Library's  "New experience". Its just for faster navigation for all modern communication devices. I would suggest you to raise the support ticket with Microsoft from your tenant admin page to get the official threshold limitation figure.

If you are using the Classic experience, then try the Data Sheet View but it requires the 32 bit Office product on your client machine and can be accessed through IE only.
