I have created a site column "Country" , I added the site column to document library, first time it is working fine. After few days I removed the column from my document library ,and again I am trying to add that site column from the site column list but the field is not appearing the site columns list.

But if I navigate to site columns list it is appearing there but if I try to navigate through document library that field is missing in the site column list.
