Hello Team - I would like to set up a SharePoint search on office documents properties. How can I do that.

For an example, Below is the list of properties of office documents. If i want to search on "Tags" properties using SharePoint search portal, How do i do that? Thanks.

Hi,

For Office documents, the Title, Keywords (Keywords is called Tags in Word), and Comments columns are default SharePoint columns and SharePoint will automatically associate them with the corresponding columns after you save your word documents.

That is to say, after you run a crawl, these columns are directly searchable from SharePoint.

For display the Tags in your document library, go to library settings, click "Add from existing site columns" under Columns section to add "Keywords"column to your library.
