我有一个带有一个根网站集的网络应用程序和几个收藏品./sites/。



在通过SPD2010编辑其中一个集合时，我无法检查html，css等文件。我可以撤消签出，但这不是重点。 



此问题出现在该网络应用中的所有网站集上。



奇怪的是，母版页可以是通过母版页库在浏览器中签入，批准和发布。

I have web app with one root site collection and several collections under ../sites/.

While editing one of those collections through SPD2010, at one point I couldn't check in files like html, css etc. I could undo check out but that was not the point. 

This problem appeared on all site collections in that web app.

Strange thing is that master pages can be checked in, approved and published in browser through Master Page Gallery.

I had this problem once but it was on test web app and site collection so I just avoided it.

Also, I don't know if it's related in some way, but in both cases another problem has occurred. When I try to open document library with Explorer I get an error: "Your client does not support opening this list with Windows Explorer."

I have other web apps and I can open libraries with Explorer just fine.

I've tried every suggestion that I could find so far (deleting SharePoint designer cache, accessing with another acc, restarting etc.)
